A small Sydney software agency that builds what it quotes.

Aurasite was founded in Sydney in 2024 by Brett Daly, an engineer who had spent enough time watching small businesses pay for software that did not fit them. The agency builds custom software, automation and fast websites for a handful of Australian businesses at a time.

There are no account managers. The person who reads your brief, quotes it and builds it is the same person. That is the whole model, and it is why the quote is fixed.

What Brett does

Brett scopes every brief, writes every quote and leads every build. He works across the full stack: the static front ends that make our websites load in under a second, the Python and TypeScript services behind our custom software, and the integrations that make automation reliable.

He also writes the blog, thirty-odd entries on web performance, search and the gap between what small businesses are sold and what actually helps them.
