1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Aurasite. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Aurasite. provides web design, web development, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information required for project completion
  • Timely feedback and approvals during the project timeline
  • Ensuring they have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials provided
  • Payment of invoices according to agreed payment terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

  • Deposits may be required before work commences
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Aurasite. retains the right to:

  • Use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials
  • Retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or code libraries used
  • Continue using any pre-existing code or assets we own

6. Project Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Client response times and feedback delays
  • Scope changes or additional requirements
  • Third-party dependencies
  • Unforeseen technical issues

We will communicate any significant delays and work with clients to adjust timelines as needed.

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

If a project is cancelled:

  • Work completed up to the cancellation point will be invoiced
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
  • Clients must provide written notice of cancellation

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee:

  • Specific business results or outcomes from our services
  • Compatibility with all third-party services or platforms
  • Error-free operation in all circumstances

Our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurasite. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or depend on third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of these third-party services.

12. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose proprietary information without consent, except as required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
