1. How long does it take to build a website?
In the perfect environment as quick as 48-72 hours, however most projects take around a week depending on complexity. Simple brochure sites can be completed within 72 hours, while custom e-commerce platforms typically take 4-6 weeks. We'll provide a detailed timeline during your free consultation based on your specific needs.
2. What's included in your hosting plans?
All hosting includes AWS infrastructure, daily automated backups, DDoS protection, SSL certificates, global CDN, 24/7 monitoring, and expert support. You'll never worry about separate hosting bills or technical maintenance - everything is managed for you.
3. Do I own my website after it's built?
Absolutely. You own 100% of your website code, content, and design. We provide full source code access and can export everything if you ever choose to move hosting providers (though we hope you won't want to!).
4. Can I update my website myself?
Currently no, in the following months we are off-ramping out content management system (CMS) and from then you can! We'll train you on how to update text, images, and basic content. For more complex changes, our support team is always available to help.
5. What if my website breaks or goes down?

6. Do you provide SEO services?

7. How much does a website cost?

8. What happens if I need changes after launch?
All projects include complimentary monthly tweaks (within designated scope), after that we then also include full blown redesigns or added pages complimentary every 6 months.
9. Can you redesign my existing website?
Definitely! We can either refresh your current site with modern design and improved performance, or build something completely new. We'll audit your existing site, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend the most cost-effective approach.
10. What's your refund policy?
We work in phases with approval at each stage to ensure you're happy with progress. If you're unsatisfied with the initial design concepts (first 2 weeks), we offer a full refund minus any third-party costs. After design approval and development begins, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
